Influencing Russian partners within the Joint Venture Operating Company to develop processes which are consistent with International and internal standards and processes.
? Access to data from the joint venture which is in an embryonic stage of development with limited resources, skills, processes and systems.
? Defining the strategy for Parent's investment in holding and developing a long term plan which is aligned with this strategy.
? Work closely with multiple functional groups (Tax, Finance, Legal, Technical etc)..
? Commitment to development of commercial skills.

Experience:
- Commercial and Financial Awareness: The candidate must be able to analyse company financial statements, provide insight and form recommendations on the basis of analysis

- Influencing Others/Strong Interpersonal Skills: Providing direction and achieving alignment is essential to achieving the level of contribution that is required

- Sensitivity and Judgment: The nature of the job requires the application of judgment to new situations and careful treatment of sensitive and delicate issues (e.g. reputation, people)

- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills: The role requires the ability to communicate complex messages in a concise and transparent way.
Candidates are expected to have a high degree of commercial awareness

- Experience across a broad spectrum of commercial skills and competencies ? roles covering all main commercial disciplines - Business Development, Commercial Operations and PPM

The job is based in Moscow and the role requires an ability to work with people of a different culture and background. Experience in the Former Soviet Union countries is an advantage.
