FIX Group is looking for a skilled Account Manager for an international FinTech project. You are expected to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction.

If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, this job is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Being the main point of contact for client inquiries and questions
  • Providing after-sales support to retain and grow corporate customers
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs/requirements and working on a sales plan
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
  • Promoting new products/services to existing customers
  • Reporting on your clients’ portfolio and providing matrix such as: Month-over-month growth, overall satisfaction and upsell opportunities
  • Attending shows and events and helping to generate opportunities for the sales teams
  • Coordinating with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, Finance and Support to make sure customers’ issues are properly addressed and handled in an effective and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or in a sales role preferably in Hi-tech or Financial fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Russian
  • Results-oriented with affinity to numbers and figures
  • Technically oriented with experience with CRM systems (Salesforce etc.)
  • Focused on delivering excellent customer experience
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Good time management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
