You will join IOTG OpenVINO Developer Tools organization to directly manage both programs and projects related to OpenVINO product. You will be responsible for OpenVINO components development execution by working with the engineering team and stakeholders. You will help the team to resolve any interoperability issues as well as remove any other execution roadblocks. You will create and execute Plan of Record, including scope requirements, success criteria, schedule, resources and quality metrics. In addition to that you will develop processes/methodologies to ensure success of the OpenVINO Core components while driving organization efficiency. You will be managing programs of large global scope, impact and complexity through all phases of the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Technical Program Management experience within a medium to large technology
• Working knowledge in applying Program Life Cycle PLC Project management concepts and process improvement methodologies to improve operations workflow
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Understanding of quality and performance validation concepts
• Stakeholder management skills
• Well-rounded communication and documentation skill
• Strong influencing skills with a range of business partners
• Broad technical foundation
• Fluent English

Will be an additional advantage:

• Project Management Professional accreditation
• Prior software development or software validation experience will be a significant advantage
• Knowledge about Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic background in hardware development lifecycle
