HR department is looking for Talent Acquisition and Development Executive to be a key person in development and implementation of functional and leadership training plans and also in attracting talents for the Sales department.
If you are ready:
Develop and lead recruitment process for external and internal candidate's selection, using the most effective Talent Acquisition methods;
Organize Assessment centers and other selection steps;
Lead and improve efficiency of Sales employees development process;
Counselling Line manager's and Sales employees on Company's development programs;
Organize Leadership Development centers for Sales employees;
Participation in various projects both on international and Russia levels aimed at people development such as Sales competencies launch, writing a methodology and conducting development programs, trainings, etc.
And you have:
at least 2 years of experience in Talent acquisition & development or People & Organization development in international companies (FMCG will be an advantage);
knowledge of recruitment process;
strong decision making and problem-solving skills;
strong process and project management skills;
ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
learning agility;
English Intermediate or higher and Fluent Russian.
