We are looking for a technical writer/instructional Intern to create, deliver, and maintain content that meets business objectives, user needs, and user learning goals. In this job, you will apply user-centered methodologies to define and create necessary content. You will combine your technical skills with creativity to consider different technical and business approaches that will solve challenging documentation and interface copy problems.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm with engineers to distill and extract key messages from a rough draft

• Create clear, concise, user-friendly deliverables, such as getting started guides, installation guides, tutorials, and release notes

• Provide graphics, video, and other creative services appropriate for the audience

• Validate content for technical accuracy and completeness

Hands-on tasks might include:

• Set up and maintain a test environment

• Install and configure software for internal and external testing and validation

• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them

• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts

Requirements:

• Path to Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Information Management, Technical Writing, Communication, other)

• Good English skills (Upper-intermediate or above)

• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

• Coursework or experience in technical writing or instructional design

• Experience in instructional design and with instructional technology

• Willingness to take calculated risks and stretch to achieve ambitious goals

• High tolerance for a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities

Additional qualifications:

• Understanding of Deep Learning concept and terminology

• Practical experience working using Git, docker
