We are looking for a Front Office Specialist to join our Service Support Team.
taking calls from and providing initial advice to B2C clients and B2B partners on bookings right until check-out;
sending clients’ comments and requests to their accommodation providers;
checking information that clients request with their accommodation providers;
allocating requests within the operations department.
We expect that you:
know English on at least Intermediate level;
have experience working in a call center;
can cope with a high work-load and multiple tasks;
are responsible and careful;
possess a strong sense of empathy;
