Marketing Department is looking for Regional Brand Manager to lead building and development of regional brands portfolio.
If you are ready:
- Being responsible for the portfolio of brands;
- Build brands strategy based on consumer insights;
- Optimize brand profitability;
- Turn brand strategy into yearly plans activities;
- Cooperation with channel marketing managers to ensure brand development within channels;
- Cooperation with sales team to achieve distribution targets;
- Cooperation with BTL/creative/PR/digital agencies to achieve brand awareness & equity targets;
- Cooperation with internal package designers;
- Running budgeting process;
- For analytical reports.
And you have:
- 3 years FMCG marketing or trade marketing experience in a recognized marketing led organization, preferably global;
- A business oriented marketer – with experience of managing brand value, equity and performance;
- Creative mindset essential - must be able to demonstrate direct examples of work done – both on teams but as an individual also;
- Higher education;
- ATL & BTL activation experience;
- Brand Strategy and Architecture experience;
- English to a solid standard (Upper Intermediate minimum).
