Skyeng International is looking for an Assistant to the COO (Chief operations officer) to join our international team.

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a business assistant, personal secretary or other relevant experience – from 2 years;
  • Proficiency in English – Advanced level (C1) and above; knowledge of other languages ​​will be an advantage;
  • Experience in working in international teams and/or on international projects will be an advantage;
  • Analytical skills;
  • High level of self-organization, goal-driven attitude;
  • Creative approach to solving problems, ability and readiness to find alternative solutions;
  • Confident PC user; experience using digital tools (Google spreadsheets, Excel, Trello, Todoist and others).


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and team processes;
  • Analyze and structure business projects information;
  • Timely and efficiently execute the assigned tasks, keep records;
  • Effectively interact with other divisions of the company;
  • Independently search for information, carry out various researches on: people, companies, markets, etc.;
  • Assist in meeting preparation: agenda formation, data visualization, filling in metrics from analytical reports.
